Eligible Borrower: General Contractors and Subcontractors.

Tampa Bay BBIC provides small business loans to construction companies to offset expenses for vendors waiting on payment of invoices from city, county, school districts, large corporations or other governmental entities. The program allows cash flow to be replenished within a shorter duration, enabling the business owner to continue to bid and manage larger projects.

First, complete our preliminary client information form, which provides us some basic information about your business and one of our consultants will contact you to discuss full eligibility requirements and the details of the loan. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Maximum amount under program $50,000 (possible exceptions can be made for amounts above $50,000).
Direct loan with check to borrower.

Contractors, sub-contractors that have procured contracts with public entities and have already generated a receivable from that entity. If performing as a sub-contractor of a large prime contractor, additional verification of the receivable will be required.
